I understand that by submitting my personal video, I am sending my video to be reviewed and posted by the Obesity Action Coalition (OAC), owners of the Weight of the World initiative, in the video library of www.WeightoftheWorld.com. By submitting my video, I understand I am granting the OAC permission to review and post my video for others to view and search for on www.WeightoftheWorld.com. I understand I will be notified after my video is posted and may request that the OAC remove my video in the event I no longer want it to appear in the library. I am aware that the OAC will not sell or share the personal information of any individual submitting a video under any circumstance with a third party. In submitting my video, I agree to release all rights to the content to the OAC and understand that I do not have rights to additional fees, royalties, residuals or other compensation from the OAC or any affiliated/non-affiliated entity if posted or used for promotional or other purposes. I affirm that the video submitted does not violate the Weight of the World video submission guidelines and that it is free from harmful/dangerous content, nudity, profanity, violence, threats, endorsement of products/services, etc. I understand that the OAC does not endorse the videos uploaded, nor any opinion, recommendation, or advice expressed therein, and OAC expressly disclaims any and all liability in connection with uploaded videos. OAC does not permit copyright infringing activities and infringement of intellectual property rights in its software, and OAC will remove all content and video uploads if properly notified that such content or media uploads infringes on another’s intellectual property rights. OAC reserves the right to remove content and videos without prior notice.

These personal video submissions and shared experiences are not connected to the OAC in any manner. Any reference to products, services, individuals, etc., and/or appearance of name brands and logos from third party entities, does not construe an endorsement of any kind. The OAC reserves the right to only approve select videos for viewing by the public and/or OAC Community.
